Japanese sweet taiyaki fish! Essential at every Japanese event – Taiyaki, so fish-shaped cakes, are a traditional sweet snack known throughout Japan with the famous anko (red bean paste) filling. They can be found most often at stands with hot snacks, as well as at Japanese festivals. They are served hot with a filling inside! The most recognizable fillings include: anko paste made from Japanese red beans and matcha-flavored cream, and NEW this year, a pudding with the flavor of Japanese cherry blossoms.
