Unfortunately we cannot refund entrance tickets, however you can get your money back for the photo or autograph ticket or switch to an autograph or photo with another Special Guest. Usually you get info on how to proceed from Ticketmaster. Otherwise you can contact us.

We have a limited number of tickets for each session. To secure you get an autograph or a photo with your favorite hero, we recommend you to buy a ticket online before the event. If there are tickets left, you can buy tickets at the event until 30 minutes before the end of the session, but we cannot guarantee that there will be.

You will choose the day and time for your photo or autograph session when you buy your ticket. It is important that you are in time for your session. You are responsible for being on time for your session – if you miss your session we will do what we can to give another time but if we can’t, you have used up your ticket.

Yes, you must have a photo och autograph ticket to enter Heroes Meet. And you can only enter the Heroes Meet area for the specific session for which you bought the ticket to avoid unnecessary queues.
